The Surprise

It was our very first road trip from Melaka to Kuala Terengganu (for our wedding reception in Terengganu) with multiple stops. It took us about 11 hours to reach his home. Our final stop was Mesra Mall. We stopped for our Maghrib prayer, and toilet of course. And the moment we got into the car, my husband passed me this book, with a little note inside.. Awww- it's my early birthday present from him!

How Thoughtful

I've heard once, from a wise man.. He told me:

"It is nice to be important. But it is more important to be nice.."

For he had taught me a lot throughout the years of my life. My strength, my idol, and he is... my father..

HA IR

I'm thinking of getting myself a new haircut. It can't be too short (it will make my face rounder, thank you!). I started to google a few hairstyles that I think might be suitable for me, a few days back.

This is what I used to have whenever I go for a haircut.

Probably not as fancy as this... Hurm.. more to, maybe this one:

I have always wanted to have something different, rather than this boring straight hair. I want curls. Here's what I have found while I was doing my *so called* research:

A Month

It had been tough to start a relationship at first as I am referring to my case. It wasnt easy for me in the first place. And for those who are close to me (really close), and if you guys are reading this, it is for sure you would know what I mean, and what I had to go through. It was traumatic.

With the help of my close friends and my fiance (bf then), I managed to hold on to this relationship. All you need is to trust each other. He once told me that, "Lies can travel all over the world, while the truth is putting on its shoes". And I held on to it....

After about 19 months being in a relationship... He finally, proposed!

4th of July 2009: Rombongan merisik. The family decided to come over again in 3 months time (after raya at that time) for our engagement.

17th October 2009: The Engagement. Alhamdulillah.

Eventhough we aren't in a noble 5 years or even 10 years relationship, but 3 years had taught us a lot about one another & most importantly, to love each other. Time flies, and I will be ...... (complete the sentence) in a month to come!

The Night Out

I had a makan-makan with my dear friends whom (some) I havent seen in... umm.. since I graduated? Haha- Yes yes, I am socially retarded ever since I left the University. Guilty as charged.

Munie and Ainis made arrangements for the dinner. To celebrate my last month of being single? (*Owh- My wedding's getting nearer. Cold feet!*)

It was held at a Yemeni restaurant, Hadramawt. Located at Chulan Square, Jalan Raja Chulan. Food was delicious! I'd say 8.5 out of 10. Probably because there was a HUGE crowd just behind our table; made it a little uncomfortable as you have to shout to even talk to someone who's sitting right next to you. Funny! While you're shouting just to top the noise to ensure the one in front of you could hear what you're saying, then suddenly, the noise stopped. And the only sound left was yours (shouting on top of your lung). It happened. Things happened.. And will never happen again...
